【摘要】:ThispartofISO10300specifiesthefundamentalformulaeforuseinthetooth-bendingstresscalculationofstraightandhelical(skew),zerol-andspiral-bevelgearswithaminimumrimthicknessundertheroot≥3,5mmn.Allloadinfluencesontoothstressareincluded,insofarastheyaretheresultofloadtransmittedbythegearingandabletobeevaluatedquantitatively.(Stressessuchasthosecausedbytheshrink-fittingofgearrims,whicharesuperposedonstressesduetotoothloading,aretobetakenintoconsiderationinthecalculationofthetoothrootstressσForthepermissibletoothrootstressσFP.)TheformulaeinthispartofISO10300arevalidforbevelgearswithteethwithatransversecontactratioofενα<2,whiletheresultsarevalidwithintherangeoftheappliedfactorsgiveninISO10300-1andISO6336-3.ThispartofISO10300doesnotapplytostresslevelsabovethosepermittedfor10cycles,asstressesinthatrangecouldexceedtheelasticlimitofthegeartooth.CAUTION—Theuseriscautionedthatwhenthemethodsareusedforlargespiralandpressureangles,andforlargefacewidthb>10mmn,thecalculatedresultsofISO10300shouldbeconfirmedbyexperience.
